EGR & Cooler Delete

This Kit Blanks off the EGR Valve and Exhaust Manifold

Once you have blanked off the EGR at the Inlet Manifold and Exhaust Manifold you can also remove the EGR cooler. To do this you can reroute and join the stock coolant hoses together.

Please Note:
Once blanked off the vehicles ECU will no longer get a signal from the EGR Valve causing the emissions workshop light to appear on the dash board. We can remove this by reprogramming the EGR software on the ECU.
The blanking plates should be installed on the turbo and inlet manifold, only the turbo requires a gasket, the inlet manifold rubber seal is retained.

Once you have blanked off the EGR at the inlet manifold and exhaust manifold you can also remove the EGR cooler. To do this you can reroute and join the stock coolant hoses.
