Chargecooler Replacement Hose Kit for VW T6 204PS/180PS This hose kit has been designed to allow the vehicle owner to modify or colour code the visible chargecooler hoses consisting of 2x Boost hoses (3 included in kit dependant on engine model) and 2x coolant hoses. The kit replaces the hoses shown below: These hoses have been carefully replicated to produce a product that exceeds the OEM specification (Silicone does not break down over time compared with rubber based products).The hose kit comes with all of the hose clamps necessary to complete the installation. In this 5 hose kit you will only require 4 out of the 5 hoses, this is dependant on your engine model. Below we have detailed which hoses will fit which engine type: T6 -180PS kit uses Hoses #1883, #1884, #1885 & #1906 T6 - 204PS kit uses Hoses #1883,#1884, #1885 & #1886 Available in a range of colours, simply choice between red,blue, or black using the drop down menu. Suitable to be used with either modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) but more importantly for this application, air containing oil mist. It has been designed and engineered to directly replace the stock airbox lid and offers a high-quality replacement, with its open top design which not only looks aesthetically pleasing but is designed to increase the airflow and performance of your vehicle. By neatly clipping into the airbox, this Forge Motorsport induction kit design ensures that it is not a 'hot air filter', allowing your Transporter to breathe better therefore improving performance. During the development phase we found that the opening on the top and slots on the side of the intake helped mapped vehicles, while not causing detriment to standard tune vehicles.   Our intakes are designed to the highest quality with UK manufactured sheet metal and a high quality Pipercross air filter to significantly increase surface area allowing a greater airflow. Forge has a well-established reputation for offering world class solutions in chargecooler radiator upgrade kits for high performance German vehicles such as Audi S4, and the Mercedes AMG A45. With this in mind, Forge are proud to present another PolarCooler as the first auxiliary cooling system for the VW T6/T6.1 2.0 TDI . Following extensive testing on the road and dyno working with 3 different styles of water core with different fin pitch configurations, we are proud to present the ultimate in frontal water-cooling solution. With modern day aftermarket ECU tuning pushing powerful engines harder, in certain conditions, the vehicle will run the risk of receiving inadequately cooled air affecting the engines efficiency and ultimately losing power. Using the knowledge gained in developing these uprated chargecooler radiators, we have used our proven testing and development procedure to develop an uprated kit for the Volkswagen T6 2.0TDI 180 & 204PS Transporter. The Forge all-aluminium construction chargecooler radiator offers extra reliability over the OEM type radiator with plastic end tanks that can fail with time. Maximising the available space behind the bumper of the vehicle the Forge chargecooler radiator offers a 50% increase in frontal area and a 50% increase in volume over the OEM. The radiator is a single pass design with inlet and outlet at diagonal opposites optimising the flow of coolant across the entire radiator core. Available in our highly durable stain black powdercoated finish. An increase of over 50% extra capacity using an 18 fpi (fins per inch) louvre super tech cooling core for maximum cooling. The PolarCooler replaces the OEM chargecooler radiator. This chargecooler has been designed featuring single pass water flow to ensure all of the surface area of the core is utilised, meaning maximum cooling efficiency. This unique design has allowed inlet temperatures to be lowered by 20°C (68°F) in 3 back-to-back runs on the dyno. The Forge PolarCooler locates in the OEM position and is supplied with anti-corrosion black powder coat on the hand fabricated end tanks and core or motorsport raw alloy A reduction of the temperature of the cooling water is directly equated with an improved cooling performance of the charged air. With an increase in volume of water introduced to the cooling system the thermal temperatures can be kept at a much-reduced level over a longer period, ensuring greater performance and efficiency which in turn is perfect for your fast road and for commercial van usage All of the Forge silicon coolant hoses have been designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Flurosilicone. Not compatible with vehicles with sensors or spouts. Please check the OEM part number to ensure compatibility. This reinforced silicone intake hose fits the VW T6/T6.1 2015 Onwards. This product replaces the original rubber hose, it is constructed with 5 ply silicone layers and Fluro silicone inner liner which prevents discolouring and adds further to the hose integrity. The hose is only compatible with the VW Transporters that have the OEM hose Number: 7E0129615P.     Due to its location it really improves the looks of the engine compartment and removes any restriction of the OEM ribbed rubber hose. These are available in red, blue, or black.
