Building on the success of the FMINDK48, our engineers have designed the FMINDK66 as a direct replacement for the factory airbox lid, offering a high-quality, performance-focused upgrade. The precisely engineered heat shield fits seamlessly into the vehicle, ensuring the intake avoids drawing in hot air. This allows your Transporter to breathe more efficiently, resulting in improved overall performance As with all Forge products, testing was carried out alongside independent specialists—on this occasion, Avon Tuning—where dyno results demonstrated noticeable gains in power and performance.  With a tuning box installed it gave peak gains of 12.5 BHP with gains of also 20NM of Torque, most impressively though are the mid range power improvements , typically this is where the driver will really feel a great improvement in acceleration, as well as far supplier towing power, this can be ideal for heavier transporters typically with camper conversions. The first dyno pictured show the improvements on a 100% stock ECU while the second dyno shows the increases with a tuning box installed , the third dyno graph we have highlighted where the maximum gains are in the rev range , DYNO 3 shows a huge 23 BHP increase @3700 rpm with a gain 44nm @3600RPM!       How do I identify my airbox for the BI TURBO ?  1.     Remove the maff housing and measure the junction where the maff tube was housed as pictured below. 2.     Or remove the complete airbox and refer to the part number marked on the underside of the airbox as pictured below: 7E0. 129. 607. T

Not compatible with vehicles with sensors or spouts. Please check the OEM part number to ensure compatibility. This reinforced silicone intake hose fits the VW T6/T6.1 2015 Onwards. This product replaces the original rubber hose, it is constructed with 5 ply silicone layers and Fluro silicone inner liner which prevents discolouring and adds further to the hose integrity. The hose is only compatible with the VW Transporters that have the OEM hose Number: 7E0129615P.     Due to its location it really improves the looks of the engine compartment and removes any restriction of the OEM ribbed rubber hose. These are available in red, blue, or black. Chargecooler Replacement Hose Kit for VW T6 204PS/180PS This hose kit has been designed to allow the vehicle owner to modify or colour code the visible chargecooler hoses consisting of 2x Boost hoses (3 included in kit dependant on engine model) and 2x coolant hoses. The kit replaces the hoses shown below: These hoses have been carefully replicated to produce a product that exceeds the OEM specification (Silicone does not break down over time compared with rubber based products).The hose kit comes with all of the hose clamps necessary to complete the installation. In this 5 hose kit you will only require 4 out of the 5 hoses, this is dependant on your engine model. Forge has a well-established reputation for offering world class solutions in chargecooler radiator upgrade kits for high performance German vehicles such as Audi S4, and the Mercedes AMG A45. With this in mind, Forge are proud to present another PolarCooler as the first auxiliary cooling system for the VW T6/T6.1 2.0 TDI . Following extensive testing on the road and dyno working with 3 different styles of water core with different fin pitch configurations, we are proud to present the ultimate in frontal water-cooling solution. With modern day aftermarket ECU tuning pushing powerful engines harder, in certain conditions, the vehicle will run the risk of receiving inadequately cooled air affecting the engines efficiency and ultimately losing power. Using the knowledge gained in developing these uprated chargecooler radiators, we have used our proven testing and development procedure to develop an uprated kit for the Volkswagen T6 2.0TDI 180 & 204PS Transporter. The Forge all-aluminium construction chargecooler radiator offers extra reliability over the OEM type radiator with plastic end tanks that can fail with time. Maximising the available space behind the bumper of the vehicle the Forge chargecooler radiator offers a 50% increase in frontal area and a 50% increase in volume over the OEM. The radiator is a single pass design with inlet and outlet at diagonal opposites optimising the flow of coolant across the entire radiator core. Available in our highly durable stain black powdercoated finish. An increase of over 50% extra capacity using an 18 fpi (fins per inch) louvre super tech cooling core for maximum cooling. The PolarCooler replaces the OEM chargecooler radiator. This chargecooler has been designed featuring single pass water flow to ensure all of the surface area of the core is utilised, meaning maximum cooling efficiency. This unique design has allowed inlet temperatures to be lowered by 20°C (68°F) in 3 back-to-back runs on the dyno. The Forge PolarCooler locates in the OEM position and is supplied with anti-corrosion black powder coat on the hand fabricated end tanks and core or motorsport raw alloy A reduction of the temperature of the cooling water is directly equated with an improved cooling performance of the charged air.
