Vi presenterer stolt våre nye komfortløftesett for VW T5, T6, T6.1 fra TWIN-MONOTUBE-PROJEKT:
Omtrent +30 til +40 mm løftefjærer, men med enda mer komfort, enda bedre kjøredynamikk, pluss variabel høydejustering på bakakselen, med enda større holdbarhet, produsert av PORSCHEs originale fjærutstyrsprodusent! En ny utvikling innen kjørekomfort!
Passer til T5, T6 og T6.1 med standard produksjonsdempere (uten DCC)!
Vår nye leverandør er verdensledende serieprodusent for en rekke kjente bilmerker som «Porsche», «Mercedes» osv. - Laget i Tyskland
Komfortsettene fra TWIN-MONOTUBE-PROJEKT tilbyr derfor følgende fordeler i forhold til alle andre fjærer vi kjenner til:

  • Spring development adapted to the force distribution - a development at this level is only achieved by the series manufacturer!!!
  • Side-load spring on the front axle also enables optimum force distribution
  • Guaranteed system functionality thanks to specially developed, precisely fitting moulded parts minimises creaking and rattling noises
• Variable adjustment of the rear axle height through optionally combinable, specially developed moulded parts, which are included in the scope of delivery for selection
• Significantly higher strength and durability thanks to state-of-the-art production technologies:
  • High-performance wire in in-house production and particularly gentle storage - ‘Made in Germany’
  • Cold forming enables high-strength steel without post-tempering with maximum design freedom
  • Triple irradiation without beam shadows
  • 100% fully integrated and automated production process with particularly gentle material flow
• Maximum corrosion resistance for the highest demands
  • Epoxy powder coating guarantees improved stone chip protection through the integration of special energy-absorbing structures and increased film thicknesses
• OEM standards for quality controls and approvals:
  • Continuous vibration tests according to series specifications (i.e. under real conditions) with temperature changes and the use of spray mist in conjunction with all other spring manufacturers known to us who only carry out dry vibration tests
  • 100% tensile strength tests
  • 100% digital laser inspection of the surface quality of the primary material
  • 100% digital inspection of the spring force
